Thank you for shopping at Weld.lk, operated by K & K International Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when a return or refund may be requested and how approved refunds are processed.
Return Eligibility
A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Returns require our prior approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. After inspection, we may repair or replace the item or approve a refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used consumables, custom or specially ordered items, gift cards, downloadable products, and items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, or normal wear are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.
How Approved Refunds Are Issued
Every approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used to initiate the payment. We do not issue a refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or other payment medium.
Refund Amount and Processing Time
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days. Delivery or return-shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the item was damaged or defective on arrival. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount to your account.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for securely packing and returning an eligible item and for the related return-shipping cost, unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by us. Risk of loss remains with the sender until we receive the returned item.
