If something is not right, here is how we handle it:
Machine Returns
If a machine arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA) or has a major functional defect, we will offer a full replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Return Window
Claims for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
Consumables
Due to the nature of these products, consumables are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
Refunds
If a return is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued only to the original payment method used to initiate the payment. Please read our Refund Policy for eligibility and processing details.
