Welcome to Weld.lk, operated by K & K International Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products or services through it. By using the website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Eligibility and Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Permitted Use
You may use Weld.lk only for lawful personal or business purchasing and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, copy content unlawfully, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.
Product Information and Pricing
We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, images, stock information, and prices accurate. Product appearance may vary slightly, and errors may occasionally occur. Prices, availability, promotions, specifications, and delivery terms may change without notice. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and may offer correction or cancellation with a refund of any amount already paid.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. We may verify order or customer information and may decline or cancel an order because of stock limitations, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Payments
You authorize the total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, to be charged to your selected payment method. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors, including PayHere where offered. Weld.lk does not store your full card details. Payment may be subject to additional terms and checks imposed by your payment provider.
Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by location, courier operations, weather, availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy form part of these terms.
Product Use and Safety
Welding machines, cutting equipment, compressors, tools, and consumables must be selected, installed, and used by appropriately trained persons in accordance with the manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and rated electrical or operating specifications. You are responsible for suitable protective equipment, installation, supervision, maintenance, and lawful use.
Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to K & K International Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects mandatory consumer rights.
